Dr. Birdley
|
Dr. Birdley is a quirky but bright professor with a great enthusiasm for science and a tendency to get caught
up in unlikely adventures. He enjoys experimenting, traveling to new places, and assisting the local forensics unit in solving
crimes. |
 Jaykes |
Jaykes is Birdley's cool, understated friend, who teaches computer classes and coaches basketball. In his free time, he
can be found shooting hoops, playing jazz, or talking with Birdley over a game of chess. |
Gina Sparrow |
Gina is the laboratory specialist who enjoys designing new experiments. She carries out lab protocols with
great precision and has been known to build electron microscopes out of spare parts. A frequent traveler, Gina navigates
her way through uncharted cities with minimal help. |
 Dean Owelle |
Owelle, the crabby Dean of Flockhart Academy, is often skeptical of new ideas... especially when they strain the school
budget. He can be persuaded to take part in the occasional new adventure, as long as everyone gets back in time
for the staff meeting. |
 Clarissa |
Clarissa is a journalist who often covers stories that involve science. She will do anything to get her story, and her assignments
often turn into full-blown investigations. She has interviewed mayors, world reknown scientists, and some of the more outgoing
microbes. |
 Norman |
Norman is a green anole lizard who helps out as Birdley's lab assistant. Although he enjoys doing science when it suits
him, he is often lazy and mischeivous. He considers himself too sophisticated to catch bugs with his tongue,
preferring instead the elegance of the fly swatter. |
 Don |
Don is a wise philosopher who lives in the mountains. He lives a simple, spiritual life and has a quiet interest in science
and nature. He devotes much time to meditation, protecting endangered species, and guiding his pupils towards enlightmenment. |
Phyll |
Phyll is a mutant venus fly trap with a mouth. He is quite intelligent but also opinionated and easily agitated. A
fierce political activist, Phyll often speaks out against the experiments that his cousins in the plant kingdom are subjected
to. He also enjoys teaching the botany lessons. |
